We are thrilled to create a one-of-a-kind portrait of your beloved pet! Here's a simple guide to our process, designed to ensure a smooth and delightful experience for you.
1. Place Your Order
Select your preferred options and place the order that best suits your vision.
2. Send Your Photos
This is the most important step! Please email us your favorite, high-quality photos of your furry friend. For the best result, choose clear, well-lit pictures that capture their unique personality. Please note:
All artwork will be based on the photo(s) you provide.
Any specific requests must be communicated before our artist begins the sketch. We cannot change the reference photo once work has started.
3. Approve The Sketch
Our artist will create a preliminary sketch and send it to you for approval. This is your chance to ensure the composition and proportions are perfect before we move to painting.
4. The Painting Process
Once you approve the sketch, our artist will begin the hand-painting process. This takes approximately two weeks. Due to the high volume of custom orders, we are unable to provide in-progress photos or videos. We appreciate your understanding as we focus on creating beautiful art!
5. Final Proof & Adjustments

Final Sale: Because your portrait is personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the drawing process has begun.
Creating Your Art: Each portrait is lovingly crafted one at a time, which requires up to 20 days to complete and ship.
When the painting is complete, we will send you a final photo for your review. At this stage, you can request minor adjustments. Please try to consolidate all your feedback at once.
6. Carefully Packed & Shipped
Once you give the final approval, we will carefully protect your precious portrait with our premium packaging and ship it out immediately. Now, the most exciting part begins—waiting for your surprise to arrive!
